![]() Barista Techniques has been noted by the National Training Quality Council (NTQC) as having satisfied its quality criteria for Training Package Support Materials. Barista Techniques is a stand alone manual that clearly addresses the needs of the unit of competency 'Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee' from the Hospitality Training Package. John Doyle, the author, has spent a number of years researching the art of espresso coffee making. Barista Techniques published by Coffee Training Centre Pty Ltd, has over 200 pages covering all that you will ever need to know about how to prepare and serve espresso coffee. John who lives in Sydney Australia, is an industry trainer and consultant, a past Treasurer and Public Officer of the AustraliAsian Specialty Coffee Association Inc. (AASCA), a member of Cafe Biz Network and the Sommeliers Australia Association.
